As fall settles into the Yampa Valley and the leaves change from green to gold, the office of Prudential Steamboat Realty and the Vanatta Team remain a hub of activity. First, we say good bye and good luck to Stephanie Peasley, the marketing manager for Pam Vanatta, as she returns to Fort Collins to complete her degree. In her place we welcome Mark Dudley, a Steamboat native who has been working in Real Estate for just over three years. He takes the position of Marketing Manager and Associate Broker to Pam Vanatta.
In local news, Steamboat 700 narrowly escaped defeat and will be back in front of city council in just over a week. The developers are optimistic and looking ahead to what promises to be a heated meeting on October 13th. Click here to check out the Steamboat Pilot article.
Also, the Steamboat Springs Core Trail will see an extension of just over half of a mile which is good news for anyone looking for a short hike as a mountain lion has been spotted around Emerald Mountain a few times in the last week.
Don’t forget to look at a few of the new properties listed by the Vanatta Group:
