Victorian Charm Price Reduced

There's something charming about Victorian-style, country homes in small towns. It reminds me of childhood storybook tales, in places far away from where I ever lived. Simple life happened there: drinking lemonade on the porch on a hot summer day, running through sprinklers around grandma's vegetable gardens and eating popsicles under cottonwood trees.
So, when I listed a home for sale in Yampa, Colorado, (just 30 miles south of Steamboat Springs) I realized places like this really do exist and homes like this are full of stories and memories just as in the books we all remember.
Needless to say, this home is exactly as you might picture it. Built in 1907, this property still houses the original front door, hardwood floors and antique lighting.
