A Humble History, and How It All Changed
Pam began her career as a secretary for a popular real estate company-and is now co-owner of the prestigious Prudential Steamboat Realty. How did that "personal best" achievement come about?

Pam became the top producer for the Trimontane agency throughout the 1990s.  In January of 2000, Pam purchased Prudential Trimontane Real Estate with another top agent, Cameron Boyd, to create the now formidable real estate firm of Prudential Steamboat Realty. The company has grown tremendously since 2000, and is home today to some 60 full-time agents, a dedicated support staff and the number one real estate office in North West Colorado.

For the past 15 years, Pam has been in the top 1% of Prudential agents nationwide. She has also consistently ranked first in Colorado among all Prudential agents. In 2007, Pam ranked 9th out of 68,000 Prudential agents nationwide with her sales topping $120 Million for the year.  In 2010, Pam was again in the top 100 out of all Prudential agents.  In 2011 the team has consistantly been in the top 3 quarty earners throughout all Prudential agents in Colordo. It is Pam's exemplary character and outstanding talent for real estate that have carried her to a soaring success and her inimitable real estate sales record.

About Pam
For Pam, living in Steamboat is sheer heaven. She acknowledges every day how lucky she and her associates are to be able to enjoy such beauty in such a close-knit community.

Pam married Steamboat native Lonny Vanatta in 1996, a former U.S. Ski Team member and world champion ski racer. Lonny is a well-known guide and outfitter, and is currently the owner and operator of Vanatta Outfitters.

Pam enjoys skiing (of course!), biking and golf (she is currently the club champion at Catamount Ranch & Club).  She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from the University of Northern Colorado.
